Meet Theresa Daniele, CGA, CPA, Owner
Theresa Daniele brings extensive financial leadership experience to Tealeaf Accounting, having held sole responsibility for the financial operations of multiple companies within TEC while reporting directly to the Board of Directors. She developed and maintained comprehensive forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reports across multiple entities, delivering clear board-level reporting and financial analysis.
Theresa has led the procurement and implementation of critical business software systems, including student management, HR, purchase order, expense, and accounting platforms—ensuring operational efficiency and scalable financial infrastructure.
Her tenure in TEC’s M&A division resulted in the successful completion of multiple transactions, demonstrating strong strategic insight and execution capabilities. Throughout her career, Theresa has built lasting professional relationships with colleagues, vendors, and business partners, earning trust through integrity, clarity, and results.
An ambitious and highly motivated professional, Theresa is known for her creative problem-solving and critical thinking. She has successfully managed financial operations for up to ten companies simultaneously, coordinating across three management teams while utilizing shared accounting and HR resources.
